The International Society of Citrus Nurserymen (ISCN) is a non profit organization formed during a Conference on Citrus Improvement and Nursery Propagation that was held in California and Florida at the instigation of late J. Gil Fibla from Spain, and the world-renowned Albert D. Newcomb, Patron of the Society. The Society is endowed with appropriate international status and operates through the budget of its membership fees. It is driven by a number of dedicated and hard working nurserymen and scientists with a common objective of achieving excellence in citrus actions.
